From Chicago:

Take I-90/94 (the Dan Ryan Expressway).
Stay on I-94 (the Bishop Ford Freeway) until you reach the point where I-80, I-94 and Illinois 394 intersect.
Stay headed south on Illinois 394.
In approximately 10 miles you will encounter a series of traffic lights. The fourth light is Exchange Road. Turn left (east).
At Klemme Road, which is the first stop light, turn right (south) and go 3 miles to 27712 S. Klemme Road (Hannaberry Farm).

From the West/Southwest Suburbs:

Take I-294 south to I-80/94 east, exiting at Illinois 394 south.
